1. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Standard MOQ is 10 mg for most research peptides. Custom synthesis orders may have higher MOQ requirements depending on the sequence length and complexity.

2. Does RPL Peptide offer custom peptide synthesis?

Yes. Custom synthesis services include: standard peptide synthesis (up to 50 amino acids), modified peptides (PEGylation, fluorescent labels, biotinylation, cyclization), peptide libraries, and TFA-to-acetate counterion exchange.

3. What is the typical lead time?

Standard products in stock: 2–3 business days. Custom synthesis: 7–25 business days depending on sequence length, modifications, and purity requirements. Bulk orders (≥1 g): please contact for lead time.

4. How are products shipped?

All peptides are shipped as lyophilized powder in sterile, nitrogen-purged vials. Temperature-controlled shipping (dry ice or ice packs) is available for temperature-sensitive products. International shipments include all required documentation.

5. What is the shelf life of RPL Peptide products?

Lyophilized peptides: 24–36 months when stored at -20°C, protected from light and moisture. Reconstituted peptides: up to 30 days at 2–8°C or up to 6 months at -20°C (single-use aliquots recommended).

6. Do you provide bulk pricing?

7. Can I request a specific batch for my research?

Yes. If you have previously tested a specific batch and wish to order from the same batch, we can check current availability.
